The XGB Gravimetric Blender is a highly accurate and efficient machine for blending plastic raw materials. The specification sheet notes that the output is determined based on the model selected by the customer, with the monochrome master data serving as a reference. The screw outer diameter is also dependent on the customer's model selection. An agitator can be added by including "MS" in the model name. If a screw with a diameter of 30mm is selected, "L" is added to indicate the difference between the screw with large output and the other interchangeable screws. The output of these models is measured by continuous operation of color masterbatch particles with a bulk density of 1.2kg/L and a diameter of 2-3 mm. Finally, the machine voltage specification is 1φ, 230VAC, 50Hz.

The monochrome/two-color masterbatch machine is designed with a screw that is chrome plated for durability. The modular assembly structure makes it easy to disassemble, clean, and exchange. The standard base of the color masterbatch machine is the magnet of the batching hopper to prevent damage to the screw of the molding machine. It has the ability to meet external signal input requirements and can record the existing operation mode, which resumes operation after power restoration. The forced clearing function makes it convenient to change the color masterbatch, and it is suitable for extruders, requiring only a few wiring conversions. The rotating speed can be automatically adjusted with the processing speed of the extruder to maintain a fixed color masterbatch ratio. It has 50 groups of parameter formulas, which permanently record the discharge time and weight of finished products (per minute for the extruder's maximum output of the clock). The DC brushless motor requires no maintenance. It can detect the jam and overload of color masterbatch and automatically stop for protection and alarm. It can meet the micrometering requirements, and XCM-4 is equipped with a main hopper and agitator as standard.
